Mr. Freeze has black skin, he also has blue lips.
Attire[]
Mr. Freeze wore a mechanical cryo-suit with double ice guns behind his back. He wears a blue pom pom beanie with a snowflake pattern and red goggles that hide his eyes along with a large ice-cube inside his head, where the pom pom on the top of the beanie protrudes from the top of the ice cube.
