Ducky - the Ducky Boat is one of the main antagonists in Batwheels, he is Penguin's vehicles and a member of The Legion of Zoom.
Appearance[]
Ducky is a duck-alike submarine car hybrid comprised six wheels.
The boat part has two lifebuoys each on both left and right side with two tiny lights in front and the duck part back has a propeller.
On the top part is a snorkel and its head can be open where Penguin enters.
When Ducky comes to life, a black screen covers the duck's eyes, and the bill turns on for his mouth.
In "Wheel Side Story", Ducky has a cyan antenna on the snorkel part which connect to Penguin's device to control.
Though in "Nightbike's Noisy Night", the antenna isn't need anymore.
Personality[]
Ducky is a classy, sassy, bad duck who likes to cause crimes and troubles in Gotham. Similar to Penguin, he is shows to be egotistical and think very highly of himself, claiming he is already perfect and see the other Zoomers as "amateurs".

- Umbrellas: Ducky most used toys are different varieties of umbrellas, these being:
- Regular Umbrellas: Ducky's regular umbrellas can either ― shoot from the wings like missiles that go off to either attach to an object, person or unfold to carry and float them up in the air or use them like a weapon to whack someone.
- Neon Umbrellas: A neon color umbrella that able to slice things in half as shown in "Zoomsday"
- Heat-Seeking Umbrellas: Like the regular umbrellas missiles, but this time it can return and only stops when it reaches its target as shown in "Bat-Light Blow-Out"
- Mega Umbrellas: Ducky appears to have a giant umbrella that prevent opponents from passing through its path as shown in "Big Rig Bam".
- Mini Ducky Blimp: Ducky can shoot a mini version of the Penguin's blimp to send someone into the air.
- Holograms (temporary): In "Wheel Side Story", Ducky use the holograms project to clones himself to confuse the opponents.

Season 1[]
In "Secret Origin of the Batwheels", Ducky were brought to life by the Bat-motherboard chips that Crash inserted into them, Ducky just quacks and flapping until he's stable. When Quizz wants their team's name to be "Quizz's Whizzes", Ducky calls its terrible and suggests that it should be "Duckie's Desperados" then later having argument with others until they discover that there's a spy and receives orders from Badcomputer to find it.

In "The Gotham Guardians", Ducky and The Zoomers trapped The Batwheels (except Bam) in the Batcave with a force field flinger that was stolen from Star Labs. Ducky and The Zoomers then encounter Bam and other vehicles, Ducky was able to distract Kitty by the umbrella and escape. In the second encounter, his team was slammed by Grundy, causing the flinger in the snorkel part pops out then later defeated.

- Ducky is inspired by Penguin's transport "The Duck" from Batman Returns. [1]
- Much like Penguin, Ducky often makes a "wah-wah" noise when he speaks, likely a nod to how duck quacking sounds.
