Buff is one of the main protagonists in the Batwheels series, he is Batman's truck and a member of The Batwheels.
Appearance[]
Buff appears to be a monster truck looking; with the color scheme resemblant to Nightwing's comic-accurate early uniform.
Personality[]
Buff appears to be a tough and super strong monster truck with a lot of muscle but is said to have a heart of gold underneath. Although in "Stop That Ducky!", he doesn't know he own strength when he was charging towards The Batwheels for a group hug that sent them falling off of the edge of headquarters. Still, Buff is a good friend to have in The Batwheels team. He is an animal lover, as seen in "Buff's BFF" when he says to Snowy that he loves all animals and hates small spaces as is shown in "Cave Sweet Cave"

Season 1[]
In "Secret Origin of the Batwheels", when being brought to life by Batcomputer's Bat-motherboard chips, he's both shocked and amazed then crashed M.O.E. behind, which he apologized saying he never brought to life before, Moe responds with "it's okay, that will buff right up!". He adapts himself the name "Buff" which he like it, then goes meet the other bat-vehicles and playing around with them until they stopped to listen to Batcomputer and heard about The Legion of Zoom.
When Batcomputer introduce each vehicles specialty, Buff is seen trying out his winch then nabs the Joker card which makes Moe mad as he says, "hey! you break it, you bought it!".
Before going out to stop The Legion of Zoom, he along with others started as concern but gain back confident after hearing Bam's speeches and decide to join in, when him and The Batwheels ready to head out, he got stuck with them in the exit. After Moe pull them out using a crowbar and tell them they have their own exit, he apologized again then goes out to his Batcave exit on the way to stop The Legion of Zoom.
Approaching The Legion of Zoom, initially he split up to chase Jestah. He uses his winch to stop her but misses and it grab the spinning teacups, Jestah then press the button leaving him to have a spin. Later on, he stops spinning around after Bam presses the button.
Try again on second round but this time he is coming for Snowy, using himself to knock out the ice cubes and easily defeating Snowy using his winch to switch his freeze ray, after Snowy is defeated, he comments his defeats as "brain freeze". Cheering the victory, him and The Batwheels later come to save Batman in ""automatic mode"".
In "Stop That Ducky!", Buff and The Batwheels listen to Batcomputer's reports about Ducky's scheme. Alongside Batwing, he is seen misunderstood Bam's expression as he questions why they want to burn their tires.
Arrives at Gotham Docks to wait for Ducky. Bam and Redbird says "it's quiet", so Buff make noise to make them feel better, to which Bibi shut him.
While trying to stop Ducky, he got surprised by Redbird suddenly presence on his way making Buff bump into him sending him off falling to the sea, when he's chasing after Ducky, Batwing's electro-net lands on him.
At the Batcave. After Batcomputer deems Bam to be the leader, him along with the rest believe that Bam got this. After that, he and his team have a training session to works together to take out the Sim-V, he comments that it's "doesn't seem so tough" which got jinks as he takes it back. He along with his team waits for Bam to give out a plan.
When Bam is talking with a 'raspy' voice, Buff asks if he's feeling ok, Bam tells him, he just taking charge then go back to his 'raspy' voice and given out his plans. While things are getting chaos, Buff and the rest got ordered to charge all at once, this result with him and them bumping into each other. After the simulation is over, him and the rest rolls away from Bam. He later appears with angry expression as he along with the rest of the team doesn't want to receive Bam's orders anymore. After the others forgive Bam, Buff charge at them for a group hug but end up sending them falling off of the edge of headquarters.
He and his team arrive at Gotham Docks again as they will makes a plan to stop Ducky. When Bam is trying to think of finding something big to block Ducky, Buff reply with an elephant, but since there isn't one, Buff volunteer himself instead. He later seen following Bam's ordered to push the container. As Ducky attempt to escape, he got blocked by Buff as he says "like a duck in a donut shop" because he thinks that could happen, Ducky is later capture. Buff then offers another group hug, but The Batwheels all rans away.
In "Buff's BFF", Buff discovers that Snowy crashed himself to save a dog and then helps him get up, telling him he knows someone could help and request to follow. While tagging along, they start having a conversation where they share a lot in common with each other, Snowy unsure about being bring to the Batcave because of their team differences but Buff ensure he will be okay, and he will talk to them about it.
After arrives to the Batcave, Buff facing the Batwheels as he's trying to ask them in need of help. Batwing come assuming he brought another stray animal again, Buff negate and tell them he brings a friend and offer Moe to help. When he ready to introduce Snowy, he wants them to be nice to him, but it's doesn't end up well and they start being furious at Buff for bringing a "bad guy". Buff telling them he's hurt and convinces them that Snowy is not who they think by stating that he saves a dog and want them to know more about him, listening to what Buff say, Bam decides to let Moe repair him. After Snowy get his axle repair, Buff insist The Batwheels to let him stay longer and they start hanging out with Snowy. Later on, The Batwheels seem to trust Snowy after they are all having fun together. Unfortunately, Snowy got calls by Mr. Freeze and he has to leave, which makes Buff sad. He tells The Batwheels and they had to come after to help Batman.
Buff seeing Snowy under Mr. Freeze control, he believes Snowy is his friends and won't hurt him, as he charges directly toward him as Snowy avoids freezing him. After Snowy successfully took control, they look each other with a happy gaze then Buff wink at him. In the end, The Batwheels admits he was right about Snowy and approve him to be a good guy, Buff tells them he's more than just a good person and that he is his friend while staring at the ice sculpture of him and Snowy.
In "Up in the Air", Buff and The Batwheels are watching Gotham's Finest Star, but it's got takes over by The Penguin. Without Bam in charge, he come up with a plan to reach The Penguin's blimp which is by using these "wings" to fly up and save Batman, for a second, he thought it's work but in reality, it actually doesn't. Later, Buff and others come comfort Bam about all the good things he done to encourage him to be their leader again. He is seen watching Bam, Batwing and Batman through Batcomputer's screen then cheering them.
In "Bibi's Do-Over", Buff is first seen singing and then do a flip. He later seen with Bam talking about Bibi's landing. In the end, he is singing along with others.
In "Sidekicked to the Curb", He only appears playing tag with The Batwheels then later seen watching Batcomputer's report about The Joker.
In "Keep Calm and Roll On", Buff is first seen checkup on Bibi and agree with her that he also hates when someone says mean things. Shortly after, Buff tells her to have a "cold pill", Batwing interrupted and correct him then she invites both him and Bibi to have a spa day, he tells her spying isn't nice to which Batwing correct him afterward. Buff joins in a spa day along with Bibi and after they are chill, he participates in Batwing's wheels and balance class. While Bibi trying to balance, Buff says she is doing a wobbly wheelie alongside Bam thinking she look like a dizzy giraffe, which annoyed her and she bumps on the ground making the others fall. Buff apologizes to her saying he didn't mean to, but Bibi doubts it making him frown.
In "Bam's Upgrade", Buff only appears among The Batwheels and talk about how often The Bat-Family had took them out these past few weeks and alongside with them listening to Batwing's story.
In "Redbird's Bogus Beach Day", Buff only appears sleeping but got awake by Redbird, he tried to go back to sleep afterward.
In "Cave Sweet Cave", Buff is first shown having a tea party with his plushies, until having to evacuate from the Batcave because of flood. He, his team have to stay at a parking garage, Buff is seen struggling to fit in because of small spaces. Later on, Bam told Buff he is free to take over the parking line so he doesn't have to shrink himself. Buff along with his team help Batwing launch out of the parking garage to help Batman. at the last attempt Buff boost up his speed and the team successfully let Batwing out as she thanks them. He and his team finally adapt the parking garage and beg M.O.E to let them to stay for a while.
In "Scaredy-Bat", Buff is first seen watching Gotham rumor about Batman and Joker races and then ask Bam where he's going as he'll confront Prank to race him. Later, he along with his team comforting Bam and tries encourages him to ignore Prank's offer, but Bam needs to prove for Batman he isn't afraid.
In "Riddle Me This", Buff and The Batwheels are on their way to catch Quizz. While coming after him, they got blinded by the light making them fall off the building and got stuck in a wire. After Quizz give them a riddle and left, Buff use his winch pulling the wire making them all fall on the ground. Later on, Buff along with The Batwheels go solve Quizz's riddle by following all the question marks around Gotham City. After Redbird find out about a goose inside the dot of question mark, Buff notice and then calls everyone, they discuss about it and come to conclusion is The Golden Goose statue. Shortly after, The Batwheels arrive at Gotham Central Park to protect The Golden Goose statue, but it was a trap as they got stick in quizzly quicksand, Buff help them by using his winch to escape.
He and his team arrive to see the chaos Quizz cause and trying to figure out a plan until Redbird wants them to hear his plan. In the end, the team trap Quizz using their grappling claws and Buff make a riddle about Redbird.

In "Batty Race", Buff participates in the race against The Legion of Zoom after finding out they are behind the race cars break down. Buff races alongside Snowy, but Snowy apologizes and then freeze Buff's tires because it's what his team wants, Buff tells him he doesn't have to listen to them but Snowy left him, he then greets Bibi and Redbird. In the end, he breaks out the ice and cheer for Bam victory.

- Despite being an original character created for the show, Buff's azure-blue, yellow and black color scheme references Dick Grayson's original Nightwing costume from the comic books, before it was re-imagined to the current black and azure-blue one.
